Meet Our Leader

Enshrine Productions is led by Adrienne Dealy, a natural problem solver with a knack for uncovering and addressing challenges—often before they even come to light.


Adrienne has devoted her career to tackling critical social issues, with a focus on youth mental health, public safety, and environmental causes. As a cause marketing expert and strategic consultant, she has collaborated with federal agencies including the Departments of Defense, Education, Justice, Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Disease Control. Her work spans a wide range of topics, from veteran smoking cessation and opioid poisoning prevention to school safety and suicide prevention. Each spring, Adrienne masterfully orchestrates the logistics of over 100 events while generating thousands of news stories on behalf of her clients.
